Website use

By using this website, you agree to use it only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not interfere with the website, our operations, or other users.

Bookings and availability

Website information is provided for general guidance. Booking availability is subject to date selection, operational capacity, delivery feasibility, and final confirmation through our booking or communications process.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel a booking request where timing, access, delivery conditions, location suitability, safety concerns, or other operational requirements cannot be reasonably met.

Pricing

Current listed base rates are: weekend rental (2 days) at $499, weekly rental (7 days) at $699, and monthly rental (30 days) at $2,499, unless otherwise updated on the website or confirmed directly by us.

Partner rentals, seasonal placements, and other custom arrangements may be quoted separately.

Payment terms

Unless otherwise stated in writing, full payment is due prior to delivery.

Delivery charges

Delivery is currently priced at $2/km to the destination. Delivery cost is not necessarily fully confirmed at the time of booking and may be finalized after review of the destination, access, route, and rental details.

Based on our current website terms, the final delivery charge may be deducted from the security deposit after the rental.

Firewood policy

Firewood is currently priced at $20 per day. Unused firewood is refundable, subject to reasonable verification and our final rental review process.

Security deposit

A $500 security deposit may be required. The security deposit may be used to cover damage beyond regular use and normal wear and tear, as well as applicable delivery fees or other charges permitted under the booking or rental agreement.

Site access and setup requirements

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information about the delivery location, access conditions, and placement area. A suitable site generally requires safe trailer access, adequate clearance, and a reasonably level placement area.

We may refuse delivery or setup, or require a revised plan, if the location is unsafe, inaccessible, legally restricted, or unsuitable for the sauna trailer.

Customer responsibilities during the rental

Customers agree to use the sauna responsibly and safely. This includes:

• Following any operating, heating, and safety instructions we provide
• Ensuring only appropriate and lawful use of the unit
• Taking reasonable care to avoid misuse, damage, or unsafe conditions
• Keeping the surrounding area suitable for use and pickup

Additional use restrictions, safety terms, waiver language, and operational requirements may be set out in the rental contract or waiver provided for a specific booking.

Damage, loss, and security deposit

Customers may be responsible for damage, abnormal cleaning, misuse, missing items, or other loss related to the rental, subject to the final terms confirmed for the booking. We may apply charges against a security deposit where applicable.

Cancellations and changes

Unless otherwise stated in writing:

• 10 or more business days' notice: full refund
• 3 to 9 business days' notice: 50% refund or the option to rebook for a firm future date
• Less than 3 business days' notice: non-refundable

Rescheduling, refunds, and rebooking may also depend on the booking method, rental timing, and whether delivery or preparation work has already been committed.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Suomi Mobile Saunas is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from website use, booking requests, delays, delivery limitations, weather, site conditions, or rental use, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

No guarantee of uninterrupted website access

We do not guarantee that the website or any embedded booking functionality will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or continuously available.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.

Partner rentals

Partner rentals, seasonal placements, and custom business arrangements may be subject to different pricing, payment terms, cancellation terms, deposit structures, delivery terms, operational requirements, and contract terms than standard private rentals.

Governing law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada.
